1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player") and kxh8 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") with respect to your access to and use of the kxh8 website, mobile interface, games, betting services, and all associated features available at kxh8.bet. Please read these Terms carefully before creating an account or placing any bet.

These Terms apply to all users accessing the kxh8 platform from Bangladesh, including players using bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or any other supported payment method. By continuing to use the platform after any revision to these Terms, you accept the updated Terms in full. 2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the kxh8 platform is conditional on meeting all of the following eligibility requirements. kxh8 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point and to close accounts that do not meet these requirements.

• 4You must not be a current employee, contractor, or agent of kxh8 or any of its affiliated companies, or an immediate family member of such a person.

3. Account Registration

Each user is permitted to hold one account on the kxh8 platform. Duplicate accounts, shared accounts, and accounts registered on behalf of a third party are prohibited. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance.

• 1You may register only one account per person. Creating multiple accounts — whether under different names, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is a breach of these Terms and will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• 2Account credentials — including your username and password — are personal to you and must not be shared with any other person. kxh8 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to keep credentials secure.
• 3kxh8 may require users to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawal requests. KYC documentation may include a copy of a government-issued ID such as a National ID card, passport, or driving licence, and proof of mobile payment account ownership.
• 4You are responsible for ensuring that all information held in your kxh8 account is accurate and up to date. If your registered mobile number changes, you must contact kxh8 support to update your account before attempting to deposit or withdraw.
• 5kxh8 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or misuse of bonuses or promotions.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

kxh8 supports a range of payment methods suited to Bangladesh players, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions on the kxh8 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals.

• 1All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may be returned to the source minus any applicable processing costs.
• 2kxh8 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any deposit or withdrawal transaction where it suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.
• 3Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Real-money deposits are withdrawable at any time subject to identity verification requirements.
• 4kxh8 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals at this time. All transactions must be in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the supported payment methods listed on the platform.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

kxh8 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and BPL season. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following conditions in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

• 1All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The wagering requirement for a given bonus will be specified at the time the bonus is offered. Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement on kxh8 bonuses is 30x the bonus amount.
• 2Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated at the time of offer. Unused bonuses expire at the end of their validity period and are removed from the account without notice.
• 3Only one welcome bonus is available per player. Players who create duplicate accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses will have all accounts closed and all associated balances forfeited.
• 4kxh8 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. This includes modifying wagering requirements, maximum withdrawal limits from bonus funds, or the games eligible for wagering with bonus funds.
• 5Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements have been fully met. Bonus funds may not be used to fund other accounts or transferred to another player.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the kxh8 platform are provided by licensed third-party game developers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Spribe, and Jili. The rules of each individual game are governed by the game provider's rules as displayed within the game interface. kxh8 is responsible for the proper operation of the platform, not the outcomes of individual games.

• 1All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer results. kxh8 does not manipulate game outcomes. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are as configured by the game provider and are publicly disclosed in the game's information panel.
• 2Bets placed and confirmed are final. Technical errors that result in an incorrectly accepted or displayed bet may be voided by kxh8 in accordance with the relevant game provider's fair-play policy.
• 3Cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other fixtures — are offered in partnership with sportsbook data providers. All betting markets are subject to settlement rules communicated within the relevant market. In the event of a dispute regarding a settlement, kxh8's decision is final.
• 4Players who deliberately exploit technical errors, software vulnerabilities, or game malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage will have their winnings from such activity voided and their accounts closed.

7. Responsible Gaming

kxh8 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players. We provide tools and resources to help players manage their gaming activity and maintain healthy boundaries. kxh8 encourages all players to set personal deposit limits, session time limits, and to take breaks from gaming when needed.

• 1Players may request a self-exclusion period at any time by contacting kxh8 support. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be suspended and no deposits, bets, or bonuses will be accepted. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours.
• 2Deposit limits can be set by contacting kxh8 support. Once a deposit limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period before the increase takes effect.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kxh8 platform. kxh8 reserves the right to void transactions, close accounts, and forfeit balances where prohibited conduct is identified. In serious cases, kxh8 may report the conduct to relevant authorities.

• 1Collusion with other players, including coordinating bets or sharing account access with another player to exploit bonuses or game outcomes.
• 2Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, interact with games, or circumvent platform security measures.
• 3Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent means, including stolen payment accounts, compromised bKash or Nagad credentials, or funds derived from criminal activity.
• 4Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the kxh8 platform, its software, or its security systems.
• 5Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the kxh8 platform to process deposits and withdrawals without genuine gaming activity for the purpose of concealing the origin of funds.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

kxh8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to do so. This section describes the circumstances under which account suspension or termination may occur.

• 1kxh8 may suspend an account pending investigation where it suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, prohibited conduct, or a technical error that has resulted in an incorrect account balance.
• 2Players may request account closure at any time by contacting kxh8 support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after deducting any outstanding bonus wagering obligations. Bonus balances are not withdrawable upon voluntary account closure.
• 3Where an account is closed by kxh8 due to a breach of these Terms or prohibited conduct, kxh8 is not obligated to return any balance held in the account, including real-money deposits, where those funds were deposited in connection with the prohibited conduct.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kxh8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the kxh8 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service. kxh8's total liability to any user in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

kxh8 makes no warranty that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or specific games. kxh8 will use reasonable efforts to notify players of planned downtime via the platform's notification system.

11. Amendments to These Terms

kxh8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, kxh8 will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the kxh8 platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.
